Health & Wellbeing in the West Midlands: making it work across the NHS and local government
This event had been designed to help local government and NHS colleagues think through what regional arrangements are needed to support a‘whole systems’approach to our collective challenges and opportunities arising from the NHS reforms.
There were opportunities to join workshops to learn about what is happening across the region to implement change, but also to contribute to the priorities and design of a regional approach to improvement across Managed Clinical Networks, local government regional improvement networks and Public Health England.
The event was facilitated by Richard Humphries from the Kings Fund.
